We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team at Cultivate Behavioral Management Corp. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
About the RoleAs a Child Development Specialist, you will work one-on-one with children to develop and implement personalized behavioral plans. You will also collaborate with a BCBA to ensure that your plans align with the child's goals and needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized behavioral plans for children
- Work one-on-one with children to teach new skills and behaviors
- Collaborate with a BCBA to ensure that plans align with child's goals and needs
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
