Key Responsibilities

The Service Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our service department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Listening to customer concerns and advising on necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some post-secondary education in automotive repair or related field
  • At least one year of experience in a dealership or large repair facility
  • ASE certification preferred
