Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled EmPATH Crisis Liaison to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will provide critical support and transportation services to individuals in crisis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a clinical member of the EmPATH program, working collaboratively with clients and community partners to ensure access to essential resources and services.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to help clients manage their situations effectively.
  • Transport clients to and from the EmPATH unit, ensuring timely and safe travel.
  • Complete documentation of client care, adhering to licensure and funder standards.
Requirements
  • One year of practical experience working with individuals with mental illness is preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the rights and abilities of individuals with mental illness to live and work in the community.
  • Able to establish supportive and respectful relationships with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Valid driver's license with F endorsement is necessary. CPR and First Aid certification are also required.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $16.94 per hour, based on relevant experience and education. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a positive work environment.
