We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at Walgreens. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays, and completing resets and revisions as directed.
  • Provide support with photo services, including digital passport photos, poster prints, and creative machine services.
  • Assist with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
