Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Creative Project Coordinator to enhance our Marketing team. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring they are executed with precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of creative project requests, from initiation to delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison among creative teams, project managers, and external partners, ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative directors and marketing teams to identify necessary resources for various projects.
- Maintain and track project schedules, ensuring timely reviews and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct evaluations post-project to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee vendor communications and manage invoicing related to pre-production and creative development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of project management experience, ideally within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or creative studio setting.
- Strong understanding of the creative production process, particularly in packaging and display design.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to completion, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and communications.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
