Job Description

The Project Delivery Manager (DM) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project development from inception to completion, ensuring effective delivery of the product to the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Direct and manage all aspects of project development, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risks, and communication.
  • Client Management: Maintain a strong relationship with the client, manage internal collaboration, and ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Business Analysis: Identify business needs of the client, act as an interface between the technical team and the client, and create project plans to track progress.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members, ensuring they have adequate skills and knowledge on technology, project management, and software engineering processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any outstanding issues among the project teams, and obtain and communicate client feedback on project progress and success factors.
  • Project Growth: Work with the Project Manager to drive growth, quality, and customer satisfaction, and ensure regular collaboration with senior management, Project Manager, and project stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the profitability of the project/s, review and close project account and financial files on project closure.
Requirements:
  • Project Management: Manage various critical aspects of a project, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risks, and communication.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the expectations of various stakeholders, including the client, users, governance group, senior management, team, and support groups.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ensure that each team member has adequate skills and knowledge on technology, project management, and software engineering processes.
