Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to internet, live chat, and phone inquiries to schedule sales appointments
  • Document daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment
  • Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them with the right vehicle
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives
  • Stay informed about product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
  • Assist customers with sales and financing documentation
  • Deliver sold vehicles to customers
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in new or used car sales is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Background in sales or another customer-facing role is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to empathize with customers to understand their concerns and respond thoughtfully
  • A strong work ethic, resilience, and determination to meet goals
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Work Environment:

Our operations run Monday through Saturday, with a focus on maintaining a work-life balance through a 5-day workweek and 8-hour shifts. This role involves direct interaction with clients both face-to-face and through online channels. Sales Consultants work primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor activities for vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
