  • Identify and contact potential customers for vehicle purchase opportunities.
  • Schedule daily customer appointments and make Courtesy vehicle product presentations.
  • Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
  • Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan from your supervisor.
  • Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers in reviews and customer evaluations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
  • Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, emails, chats, and personal visits.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
  • Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales strategies with your Sales Managers and determine sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to work outside and inside, safely operate/drive cars, trucks, and vans, and has light duty work replacing tags.
  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
  • Must be available to work 7-5 weekly with some Saturdays, Holidays, and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some Automotive sales knowledge helpful, but NOT required.
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
