About the Position

Glatfelter Insurance Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support and administrative functions to our organization and external distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and distribute incoming mail, both physical and electronic, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Store and handle original checks, vehicle titles, and other documents in accordance with established workflows.
  • Process outbound mail, correspondence, and file materials through the appropriate method.
  • Assist with media requests and actively participate in cross-team discussions to identify efficiencies and collaborative projects.
  • Perform responsibilities necessary to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of assignments within designated areas of control.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information and uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of work experience with insurance systems or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance company and agency operations.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with a wide variety of people in an effective manner.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and directions.
