Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 4P Consulting Inc. in Calera, AL.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with experience in construction project management and/or administration.

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Grid Investment Construction (GIC) team, including invoice auditing and reconciliation, coordination with contractors and inspectors, and preparation of monthly accruals.

You will also assist in the organization of construction-related documentation, track project expenses, and participate in budget management.

Additionally, you will support the Team Leader in contract administration tasks and contribute to the review and analysis of project data and metrics.
