Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for human resources? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? We're seeking a talented HR Representative to join our team at United Parcel Service Inc.

Job Summary

This role will collaborate with various management levels on projects that drive business success. You'll use your knowledge of HR principles and practices to assist with projects, presentations, and business improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data into our HR database
  • Composing clear and concise memos to employees
  • Assisting in the development and improvement of company policies and procedures
  • Reviewing resumes and recruiting qualified candidates
  • Maintaining applications and applicant flow logs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A recent graduate degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and convey a positive image to internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of local employment and regulatory laws
