About the Job

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist to provide advanced diagnostic and treatment services for complex communication disorders. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of our patients.

As a Speech Language Pathologist Level II, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and administering diagnostic tests to identify communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairments, and neurological defects.
  • Providing individualized treatment to adults and children using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Mentoring and training junior therapists to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality care.
  • Participating in departmental quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist, with a strong background in communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairments, and neurological defects.
  • A valid Speech-Language Pathologist License (California) and National Provider Identifier.
  • Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
  • Basic Life Support certification at hire.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing speech-language pathology practice.
