We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in Ashland, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse group of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.

**Job Overview:**

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development

**Qualifications:**

  • For SLP: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
  • For SLPA: Bachelors or Associates degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, Current California state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
