Job Summary

Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and service of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and accurate service to customers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, ensuring that it meets Domino's Pizza LLC standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train employees.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
