As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a team-oriented outpatient setting
- Treat patients with general orthopedic conditions, including spine and extremity injuries
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- NC PTA License or eligibility for licensure
- 1+ year of experience in outpatient orthopedic setting
- Proficiency in treating spine and extremity conditions, balance, and post-surgical care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive hourly rate: $24-$28/hour
- Progressive paid time off and 8 paid holidays
