Position Overview:
The Laboratory Services Supervisor will manage operations at the Trinity and Crockett facilities. This role involves overseeing both technical and support staff while ensuring the laboratory functions efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee staff management, including performance evaluations, orientation, and professional development.
- Report directly to the Clinical Laboratory Director and Ancillary Services Director.
- Prepare work schedules and coordinate job assignments for laboratory personnel.
- Ensure that all staff members possess the necessary training and competencies to fulfill their roles.
- Maintain accurate personnel and patient records in accordance with established policies.
- Assist in budget management by providing insights on supplies, personnel, and equipment needs.
- Implement quality assurance programs to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Review quality control, proficiency testing, and instrument maintenance records, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Biology or Chemistry is required.
