Grill Cook

As a Grill Cook at Compass Group Careers, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to customers in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following established steps of service.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator, following established safety standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information and concerns to supervisor.

• Previous cook or food service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
