About the Role:
- Provide top-notch customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
- Perform various clerical duties, including patient registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Enter and update patient information according to established office policy and procedure.
- Follow collection policy regarding payment of bad debt, co-pays, and self-pay balances.
- Discharge patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain appointment schedules and pull patient charts prior to appointments.
Requirements:
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Certifications/Licensure: None required.
Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
