Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily activities, including meals, nap time, and outdoor play
Implement policies and procedures for managing behavior and resolving conflicts
Collaborate with educators to plan and execute lesson plans and activities
Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and staff

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience working in a childcare setting (minimum 2 years)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Valid CPR/First Aid certification
