About the Role

Elderly Savior Homecare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, develop and implement personalized care plans, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications, monitor side effects, and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, troubleshoot issues with patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely interventions.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure as a registered nurse and BLS certification required.
  • Certifications: American Heart Association BLS/CPR and ACLS certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
  • Experience: One year of professional experience as a Registered Nurse, with experience in home health care preferred.
