Job Title: Territory Manager - Eastern Washington State

Job Summary:

Belt Power LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Eastern Washington State. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate new business and increase sales revenue.
  • Demonstrate products and services to customers and assist them in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
  • Promote and sell Belt Power's products and services to existing and prospective customers through a consultative selling approach.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team and account managers to generate customer quotes and order status.
  • Effectively manage the execution of contracts and analyze territory potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, leads, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
  • Stay up-to-date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
  • Develop and execute quarterly sales business plans and participate in trade shows and conventions.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending quotes and other opportunities.
  • Create and analyze sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Requirements:

  • Previous outside sales experience in industrial distribution required.
  • Experience with conveyors and/or automation preferred.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
  • Highly responsive to and respectful of customer needs.
  • 24/7 availability to customers.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Cold calling and in-person sales experience.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Overtime hours and weekend work may be required.
  • Travel, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
