Territory Manager

Job Summary:
Belt Power LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Eastern Washington State. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate new business and increase sales revenue.
- Demonstrate products and services to customers and assist them in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
- Promote and sell Belt Power's products and services to existing and prospective customers through a consultative selling approach.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team and account managers to generate customer quotes and order status.
- Effectively manage the execution of contracts and analyze territory potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, leads, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
- Stay up-to-date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
- Develop and execute quarterly sales business plans and participate in trade shows and conventions.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending quotes and other opportunities.
- Create and analyze sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Requirements:
- Previous outside sales experience in industrial distribution required.
- Experience with conveyors and/or automation preferred.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
- Highly responsive to and respectful of customer needs.
- 24/7 availability to customers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Cold calling and in-person sales experience.
- Competency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Overtime hours and weekend work may be required.
- Travel, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
