Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and taking into account the location and level of experience. This compensation package includes a base salary, bonuses, and other benefits, such as paid time off and retirement plan.

Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced nurse leader who can provide strategic direction and guidance to our nursing team. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also provide education and training to our nurses, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Your success in this role will be measured by several key performance indicators, including patient satisfaction scores, nursing staff engagement, and quality metrics. You will work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.
