Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Solutions: Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with comprehensive sales solutions.
  • Closing Deals: Employ strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with intuitive tech solutions.
  • Ongoing Development: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.

The estimated salary range for this role is $49,000 to $59,000 per year, inclusive of base pay and target individual-based commission. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, and a stock grant program.

To succeed in this role, you'll need bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, and one or more years of work experience. You must also be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with open availability for additional shifts during peak periods.
