About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Coordinator to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our Patient Access Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient registration process for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, addressing their questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately and efficiently register patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Communicate patient responsibility and ensure accurate patient identification.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the registration process.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing policies and procedures, adapting to new systems and technologies as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Applicable experience within Revenue Cycle and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferably EPIC.
