About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our patient access department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and efficient registration processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, addressing their questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately secure patient information, interpret and communicate patient responsibility, and ensure accurate patient identification.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Meet shift expectations and adapt to changes in the work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Any legally required certifications for the function and level.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Applicable experience within Revenue Cycle.
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience, preferably EPIC.
