Patient Access Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Morristown Medical Center, a member of the prestigious Atlantic Health System. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a vital role in the patient and family experience, serving as an initial point of contact within our health system.
Key Responsibilities- Register patients and obtain accurate demographic and insurance information
- Communicate patient responsibility and ensure accurate patient identification
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions and concerns
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in the work environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Applicable experience within Revenue Cycle preferred
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience, preferably EPIC
