About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our Patient Access Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and efficient registration processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, addressing their concerns and questions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately secure and verify patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate patient responsibility and facilitate accurate patient identification, contributing to the financial and operational success of the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to resolve customer questions and concerns, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred qualifications include customer service experience, applicable experience within Revenue Cycle, and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience, preferably EPIC.
