  • Collaborate with office staff to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Perform light administrative tasks and assist with data entry as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Ability to manage appointment schedules effectively.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Dependable and punctual with a solid work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain personal efficiency.

This role operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with one Saturday per month from 9 AM to 1 PM.
