Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to businesses with facility service needs.
  • Respond to calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and customers.
  • Understand and promote Lee Company's culture and mission.
  • Work flexible schedules, including day and evening hours, and participate in hybrid work-from-home arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Driven, tenacious, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Service-minded approach.
  • Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Computer skills, including MS Teams, MS Outlook, and web-based platforms.
  • Dynamics 365 and Five9 experience a plus.
