About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Aide with the Commonwealth of Virginia, you will play a vital role in providing essential patient care and administrative support within various healthcare settings. Your contributions will directly impact the recovery and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care to ensure optimal recovery during their stay.
- Execute basic nursing tasks as assigned by a Registered Nurse, adhering to established policies and procedures to enhance patient health and wellness.
- Ensure a safe environment and the secure delivery of care.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Maintain necessary skills and competencies to deliver high-quality care.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Compensation:
Position Compensation Range: $20.34 Hourly

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; relevant experience is preferred.
- Licensure: Must possess Certified Nursing Aide certification through the Virginia Board of Nursing. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification is required.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves frequent bending, stooping, and may require driving (for Home Health Aide roles). Candidates must demonstrate proficient communication, auditory, and visual skills, with a keen attention to detail. The ability to lift, push, or pull weights exceeding 100 lbs may be necessary (for Home Health Aide roles). Exposure to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious diseases may occur.
