Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Care team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow the plan of care established by the supervising clinician
  • Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal care
  • Perform light housekeeping and other tasks as needed
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and position changing
  • Provide oral hygiene and skin care
  • Change bed linens and perform other tasks as required
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Previous skilled Home Health experience preferred
  • Certified Nursing Aide certification (CNA) through the Virginia Board of Nursing
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required
Physical Demands
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and driving
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100lbs
  • May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious disease
