Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support to R&D shippers, offering training and creating materials to enhance their shipping experience.
  • Assist with individual shipments by helping with forms and coordinating with trade compliance and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Expand services to include EHS prework, Desktop Shipping submissions, and customs clearance support to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor shipping requests daily and escalate issues to ensure deadlines (SLA) are met, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills to guide lab clients through the shipping process and resolve any challenges they face.
  • Collaboration skills to work with multiple teams, including trade compliance, product stewardship, and logistics, to drive results.
  • Customer service experience to manage interactions with a large and diverse group of stakeholders, providing exceptional support.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes and the movement of materials across borders, with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with SAP and/or Microsoft 365 PowerApps to leverage technology and drive process improvements.
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation regulations to ensure compliance and safety.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25-$27/hour on W2.
