Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Payable Specialist I-Supply Chain to join our team at Fairview Health Services. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with Fairview policies and IRS regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and process PO-based invoices, including electronic invoices, capital/WIP invoices, and non-PO invoices
  • Analyze and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage daily account management and problem resolution, including communication with vendors, purchasing, and accounting teams
  • Evaluate and improve current EDI, capital/WIP, and non-PO invoice policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Vo-Tech degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of business-related experience; 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
