Job Description:

Solventum is a leading company in the healthcare industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our Global Supply Chain Planning team.

As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational financial leadership to our Global Supply Chain Planning function. This includes providing financial guidance and support to our business partners, developing and implementing financial plans and strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their financial needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to inform business decisions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced finance professional who can lead our Global Supply Chain Planning team and drive financial excellence. If you have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for driving business results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational financial leadership to Global Supply Chain Planning
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial needs and develop solutions
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or related field
  • 15 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in a planning support role for global organizations
  • 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing industry
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent international certification
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders and drive alignment on financial assumptions
  • Ability to lead through others and influence
  • 5 years of leadership experience managing senior-level teams
