Job Title: Financial Accounting Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Financial Accounting Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and business transaction data. This entry-level position involves performing bookkeeping and accounting tasks, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports. The coordinator will also be responsible for compiling financial information for journal entries, assisting with general ledger account analysis, and maintaining records of accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial and business transaction data
  • Perform entry-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare reports
  • Compile financial information for journal entries
  • Assist with general ledger account analysis
  • Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and use of basic office equipment
  • Proficiency in 10-key and general keyboarding
