Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and certification of next-generation encryption devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cutting-edge encryption devices on high-speed or ultra-low power digital circuit boards.
  • Develop and certify high assurance cryptographic units and high-value products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of encryption devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in encryption technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in hardware design or sustaining experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of analog and digital logic and timing considerations.
  • Ability to prioritize, be detail-oriented, and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $132,000.00 - $230,000.00 per annum.
  • Additional cash or stock incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package.
  • A range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
