Job Description

LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Automation Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical automation systems for our clients. This includes generating detailed design documents, testing plans, and troubleshooting hardware issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system/hardware integration, stage gate engineering design processes, and experience working with cross-functional teams. They will also be able to work independently with minimal direction and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical automation systems for process control
  • Generate detailed design documents and testing plans
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and resolve technical questions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to complete subsystem and system verification
  • Evaluate and prioritize business tasks with limited information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM Major
  • 15+ years of process automation experience in a regulated industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of system/hardware integration
  • Experience with stage gate engineering design processes
  • Excellent cross-functional teamwork and communication skills
