Holt Electric, a leading electrical distributor, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in the commercial electric market, you will be responsible for driving growth among target accounts and new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and applications to provide expert advice to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the electrical or distribution industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, applications, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
