Client Services Liaison

Job Summary
The Client Services Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to our patients and clients at the front desk of our Hospital, Ambulatory, or Surgery Center setting.
Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, managing patient insurance information, and ensuring accurate financial information is provided to clients.
This position is essential in supporting organizational goals by delivering quality customer service, participating in performance improvement initiatives, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Minimum 1 year of insurance, CPT4, and ICD-10 coding experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire
Work Environment
This role may involve exposure to the hazards and risks of the hospital environment, including exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Department Director, Manager, or Nursing Leadership in other departments within the organization.
