Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes service clients and identifies the purpose of their visit.
  • Guides clients to the appropriate department, informs the relevant personnel of their arrival, and introduces them to the service advisor.
  • Interacts with callers and visitors in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Operates vehicles to and from service areas and parking as required.
  • Assists clients with loaner vehicle arrangements.
  • Handles incoming phone inquiries, directing calls to the correct department or individual, or taking detailed messages when necessary.
  • Books service appointments.
  • Prepares refreshments and maintains cleanliness in the cafe area.
  • Understands and adheres to receptionist protocols and procedures.
  • Provides support with dealership operations as needed.

Note: This position involves exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments, requiring movement between buildings and transportation modes throughout various seasons.

All candidates must successfully complete pre-employment assessments, including background checks, motor vehicle records, drug screening, credit evaluations, and possess a valid driver's license.
