Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to lead the technical development of customer software and hardware integration efforts for our wireless battery management system solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in hardware/software development and validation for automotive wireless battery management system applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical development of customer software and hardware integration efforts
  • Support automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers and Tier 1 customers in integrating ADI wireless battery management system solutions and software products into their system
  • Enable customer integration of wireless products with development of proof-of-concept demos, system prototypes, example software, PC tools and documentation
  • Validate operation and benchmark performance of the wireless battery management system with specific customer use cases utilizing customized hardware/software in the lab setting
  • Mentor junior engineers on the team and synthesize and communicate complex technical concepts both within the organization and in a customer-facing setting
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Electronics Engineer or related occupation performing hardware/software development and validation for automotive wireless battery management system applications
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and integrating Wireless Battery Management Systems (wBMS) Software with automotive manufacturers and customers through programming/debugging embedded systems in C/C++
  • Experience in analyzing the Radio Frequency and network performance of wBMS networks in vehicle and lab settings
  • Experience in integrating cybersecurity provisioning and optimized manufacturing flows for wBMS to meet automotive manufacturers and customers requirements
  • Experience in writing low-level scripts sequencing operation of the battery management devices integrated in wBMS
