About the Role

VillageCare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Interdisciplinary Care Team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination: Assist members in accessing all necessary covered and non-covered services, including arranging appointments with healthcare providers and data entry for authorizations.
  • Provider Selection: Assist members in selecting participating providers that meet their healthcare needs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related healthcare call center or service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma required; Associates degree strongly preferred.
  • Language: Bilingual - Korean required.
