Key Responsibilities

  • Property Administration: Assist the General Manager in maintaining a positive reputation and relationship with local schools and businesses, promoting cross-advertising and positive relationships.
  • Financial Performance: Maintain occupancy rates at or above 99% and collections at or above 98% of potential income, achieving the highest possible net operating income (NOI) through effective cost control and revenue improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in student housing or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong accounting skills, ability to read and decipher resident ledgers, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to lead and motivate a team.
