Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our Partner Care Support team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our partner golf courses, assisting them in leveraging our technology solutions to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary resource for partners, delivering solutions to their technical inquiries.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging directly with golf course operators utilizing our proprietary software.
  • Utilize remote access tools to conduct training sessions, install software, adjust configurations, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Resolve technical challenges, including tablet configurations, Windows printing, receipt printing, Bluetooth connectivity, and basic SQL queries.
  • Advise clients on optimizing software usage to boost revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Golf Business Support Manager to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document relevant information and case details in our customer relationship management system.
  • Proactively suggest product enhancements and improvements to internal processes.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Windows & Office, with a foundational understanding of networking and TCP/IP.- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software applications.- Energetic and engaging personality, capable of assisting users with varying levels of technical expertise.- Relevant experience may include:

  • Technical support background in a help desk environment.
  • Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Google IT Support Professional.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.- Possession of IT certifications such as A+, Network+, or MTA.- Familiarity with NBC Sports Next, GolfNow, or EZLinks software.- Experience in managing point-of-sale software or online reservation systems.- Knowledge of golf and related technology products is advantageous.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.- This position is designated as hybrid, requiring in-office presence for a minimum of three days per week.
