About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager HR Business Partner to join our team at ConMed. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic talent management, performance improvement, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and implement a robust talent pipeline strategy.
  • Develop and execute succession planning for key leadership roles, ensuring a strong bench of future leaders.
  • Design and deliver emerging leader development programs to drive talent growth and development.
  • Drive key principles of engagement, including employee recognition and rewards, to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services to develop and implement engaging benefits, processes, and systems for employees and managers.
  • Participate in the recruitment, engagement, and development of HR talent across the organization.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the business leader, designing and executing strategic talent objectives that drive exceptional business performance.
  • Provide support on the research, design, and development of HR initiatives in support of the HR strategy.
  • Foster a talent-based culture within the business area, driving business improvement through clear objectives, feedback, and outcome-based behaviors.
  • Identify and develop key learning programs that drive best practice in performance management processes.
  • Partner to develop and drive aggressive talent acquisition programs, supporting the onboarding process.
  • Act as the performance improvement driver, provoking positive changes in people management.
  • Serve as the central contact for all employee relations concerns in the associated region.
  • Challenge the organizational structure and propose changes as appropriate.
  • Contribute substantively to the development of the wider HR strategy, working closely with Human Resource Leadership to ensure a cohesive and coordinated global roadmap.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of related experience, including Human Resource, Performance Coaching, and Talent Development and Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, presentation, and process development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
  • Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.
  • Knowledgeable about how the business and organization work, including current and possible future policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the business and organization.
  • Fluency in financial and HR systems, with a passion for making the complex simple.
