Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small team and driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and expand our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
- Supervise and guide team activity, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reports on field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
