Job Summary

Joe Warren & Sons Co., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team as a Field Service Technician - Ice Machines. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of ice machine equipment, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ice machine equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
  • Conduct on-site service visits to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with our parts department to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts and materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and customer interactions
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in refrigeration or ice machine equipment repair
  • High School diploma or GED and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work an 8-hour workday, with occasional overtime as needed
