Job Summary

Joe Warren & Sons Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Ice Machine Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of ice machine equipment at client locations across MA, RI, and CT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ice machine equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues
  • Work effectively with the parts department to obtain necessary components for repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely completion of service visits
  • Drive company vehicle to client locations, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in refrigeration or ice machine equipment repair preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work an 8-hour workday
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in gas, electric, plumbing, and/or steam repairs a plus
