Job Overview

Our hospital is equipped with the most modern technology available, including over 280 beds and services such as emergency care, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, neonatology, oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and acute rehab services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Builds and maintains a high-functioning team, providing leadership and direction for staffing their unit(s) in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manages personnel, including interviewing, work allocation, orientation and training, staff development, problem resolution, evaluating performance, making recommendations for personnel actions, and motivation of employees to achieve peak performance.
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates, and directs patient care delivered on the unit on a 24-hour basis in accordance with recognized and accepted internal and external standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
  • 1+ years applicable experience Required
  • 3+ years applicable experience Preferred
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Current license to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $150,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive medical coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
