Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an ECMO Patient Care Coordinator. As an ECMO Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care activities and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in a critical care setting.
  • Associate Degree.
  • CRT or RRT certification.
